Six to eight sessions, online. For the patterns that keep repeating — and the safety underneath them.
If you recognised yourself more than once, you are not broken and you are not too much. You are carrying strategies that kept you safe once — and that are costing you now.
We map your attachment system, your relational patterns and the needs underneath your reactions — so that what felt confusing starts to make sense.
We revisit the stages of your story — childhood, school years, adolescence — to understand where certain beliefs about yourself were formed.
Through inner-child work, hypnosis and breath, you begin to meet the parts of you that went unheard — and to give them, as an adult, what they needed.
Self-worth, authenticity and body awareness are strengthened, so that safety is not only an idea but something you can feel.
You bring this new inner security into your relationships — communicating, setting boundaries, and choosing what truly fits you.
Sessions are spaced over several weeks on purpose. The real work happens between them — in the ordinary moments where your patterns show up. Everything takes place online, wherever you are.
A space to land. We look at what has happened since the last session — the insights, the difficulties, the real situations of your daily life.
Where the shift happens, in the body and the unconscious: hypnosis, breathwork, visualisation, inner-child work, gentle movement, body awareness.
You leave with one or two simple practices for the weeks ahead — journaling, breathing, affirmations, grounding — so the work lives beyond the session.
Nothing here is a script. This is the arc the work usually follows — and we adapt it to what actually surfaces.
Understanding your patterns and your attachment system
We begin with what brings you here. What keeps repeating? How do you react when you feel loved, rejected, ignored, abandoned — or crowded? We explore how you respond to intimacy, distance and conflict, and begin to trace where those responses were learned.
Returning to the foundations of safety
Here we begin the inner-child work, with the earliest needs: safety, protection, presence, affection, attention, the feeling of being welcome. The aim is not to hunt for trauma, but to understand what you learned about being loved — and whether the world felt safe enough.
Through hypnosis, visualisation and breath, you meet this part of yourself with more presence and kindness. As an adult, you begin to become an inner figure of safety for yourself.
Being loved while being yourself
The years when autonomy, personality and emotion take shape. Was I allowed to want things? Was I allowed to say no? Did my emotions have a place? Did I learn I had to be good, quiet or impressive in order to be loved?
The adult work here is about new permissions: to have needs, to feel, to say no, to ask, to take up space, to be different, to be imperfect — and to remain worthy of love.
Self-worth, confidence and belonging
As a child grows, comparison, achievement and the gaze of others come in. Beliefs often settle here: I'm not good enough. I have to succeed to have value. I must please to be accepted.
We identify those beliefs and meet the parts of you that took them on — learning, gently, to separate what you do from what you are.
Identity, freedom and the eyes of others
A decisive time for identity, body image, belonging, first intimate relationships and the fear of judgement. Many relational strategies harden here.
The work is to take back the right to be yourself, to choose, to feel, to set boundaries — and to love without disappearing.
Golden Rules and positive anchors
We return to the adult you are today. Not to go back into childhood, but to be able to offer your different parts a different answer — around safety, affection, being heard, recognition, protection, boundaries, freedom.
Your Golden Rules become inner reference points, and your Positive Anchors become resources you can return to when you feel destabilised.
Bringing yourself fully into relationship
The bridge between inner work and relational life. Who am I when I'm no longer trying to be loved at any cost? What do I actually want? What are my limits? What will I no longer accept?
Breath, gentle movement, body work, affirmations and hypnosis support this new experience of yourself.
Building a more conscious relational life
Everything comes together. The question becomes: how do I want to live my relationships now?
We revisit the patterns, the needs, the new resources, the boundaries — and the signs of a relationship that nourishes you versus one that doesn't. Not to guarantee a perfect relationship, but to have enough inner safety to live relationships differently.
This work is not about becoming someone else. It is about coming back into a safer relationship with yourself.
To love, to be loved, and to build something lasting —
without abandoning the most important person
in the relationship: yourself.
The intention of this work
It starts with a free 20-minute call. You tell me what is going on, I tell you honestly whether I can help — and if I am not the right fit, I will say so.
