Clélia with her son

It began in 2016, with a journey to Latin America.

I left with deep questions about relationships, about emotions, about the place I was taking in my own life. I didn't yet know that leaving would open everything.

In the years that followed I turned towards yoga and meditation — those spaces of return to the body and the breath. I have now had a regular practice for more than five years. Movement, the circulation of what is alive in us, the inner transformation it made possible: all of it showed me there is a real path of metamorphosis there, towards a greater alignment with oneself.

Then came my training as a Heilpraktiker in Berlin, at a school of holistic medicine. I was deeply taken by what I learned there — anatomy, integrative medicine, and the healing capacities of natural therapies. Those that bring together the release of body and mind: through plants, hypnosis, movement, touch, breath. That became the heart of my practice.

It was there I understood that moving towards inner balance necessarily passes through this road: working with body and mind together. Neither unfolds fully without the other.

Hypnosis came next. The world of the unconscious, of the invisible mechanisms that govern our lives, of symbolism and the language of dreams. I came to understand that what happens in the depths of a person is as real — if not more so — than what shows on the surface.

I have also travelled through shamanic spaces in different parts of the world. Those experiences reconnected me to something essential: my soul, nature, and the living rhythm of existence beyond mental constructions.

All that time, I was working with children — as an educator, as a nanny. I understood it only later: somewhere, I was repairing my own childhood.

Those years nourished my passion for pedagogy, psychology and neurobiology — and showed me how wounds travel across generations when they are not seen, named, integrated. What we have not healed in ourselves, we pass on: unconsciously, faithfully. That is the transgenerational at work.

From 2020 to 2024 I taught in schools — teenagers and adults. Those years opened my eyes to something I had sensed without being able to name it: the deep toxicity of an educational system that represses where it should awaken. In those classrooms I saw immense suffering. Teenagers whose creativity had been stifled since childhood. Adults still carrying the scars of what they had not been allowed to be.

In most of our schools it is not singularity that is encouraged — it is conformity. And that repression leaves marks we often carry into adulthood, without even knowing we carry them.

From that came an urgent need in me: to create spaces where, at last, we allow ourselves to be who we were not allowed to be.

Becoming a mother was the turning point — the event that turned this work into something concrete and alive.

I chose to live my pregnancy as a blessing rather than a medical condition to manage: as a ceremony, an initiation. Each stage was an opening — pregnancy, birth, postpartum. My birth was transcendental. The postpartum was a zone of absolute vulnerability that brought me further down into myself — and there, I found something solid.

That experience was a rebirth. Emotionally first, then spiritually, then in the way I see the world. Because how we are born, how we are welcomed, whether a mother is held through that crossing — it shapes everything that follows.

It begins with daring to look at what holds us back.
Inherited fears. Invisible loyalties.
Patterns absorbed before we had words to name them.

Transcending them does not happen by force. It happens through love — the love that lives in the depths of each of us, in nature, in the body, in the breath, simply waiting to be found again.

That is the path back to yourself I invite you to walk: towards love, towards life, towards the freedom of being, at last, what you truly are.
